I don't see the TaskPort button

Reload the chat tab once after installing. The blue button sits at the bottom right of the conversation, and Alt+Shift+E opens the panel from the keyboard. You can also click the TaskPort icon in the Chrome toolbar.

How many free Word and PDF documents do I get?

Five a month, counted on your own computer. The count starts again on the first day of each month. Markdown, the first table to Excel, CSV, HTML, text and JSON have no limit.

I bought Pro. Where does the licence key go?

Open the TaskPort panel, press Get Pro, then I have a key, paste the key (it starts with TP1.) and press Activate. The extension's options page has the same box. One key works in every TaskPort extension.

Does TaskPort send my chats anywhere?

No. The extensions contain no network code: the conversation is read from the page, converted in your browser and saved to your Downloads folder. The privacy policy has the details.

An export looks wrong

Press Recon at the bottom of the TaskPort panel. It copies a short report of the page's structure, with none of the chat's text, to your clipboard. Paste it into an email to admin@peerware.site and say which part of the file looked wrong.
